Each agent requires a PC with either Windows XP or Windows Vista installed. Minimum specification:

- 1GHz Processor

- 256MB RAM

- 1 GB Free Hard Drive Space

Software Requirements

The Dynamic Dialer server requires Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition and either SQL Server 2000 or SQL Server 2005 to be installed. Minimum specification:

- 3 GHz single core processor, or 2 GHz dual core processor

- 2 GB RAM

- 50GB free hard disk space (plus extra for call recordings)

Dynamic Dialer integrates with all leading CTI enabled phone systems via the industry standard TAPI interface.
