Customer Service Engineer

Call Centre Dynamics provide software and services to contact centres across the UK, delivering bespoke solutions to our customers CRM and communication needs. Working from our Dynamic Dialler framework, we adapt our technologies to precisely match our customers’ business requirements and deliver outstanding solutions and benefits.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, Microsoft-oriented technical guru to expand our in-house technical support team. This diverse role includes both telephone based and on-site support and implementation services to our rapidly expanding customer base across the UK. This includes excellent promotion and training opportunities for the right candidate.

The right candidate must be customer focussed, with excellent communication skills. At least two years experience in a comparable customer facing role is essential. While an ability to quickly absorb new technologies is a prerequisite, an in depth knowledge of the following disciplines will be advantageous:

  • Microsoft Server platform with specific expertise in Windows Server 2003/8
  • TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting
  • A proven, analytical approach to problem solving
  • Experience of Microsoft SQL Server 2005/8 or similar database platforms
  • Programming expertise in either VBScript or ASP is essential
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX and XML is a bonus

All applicants must have a confident, outgoing manner and a professional appearance as this is a customer facing role. You must also be willing to travel within the UK and have your own car and driving license. You may be required to be on call from 9:00am until 8:30pm several days a week including occasional weekends.

A starting salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum is available depending on experience with an additional quarterly OTE bonus.

Sales Advisors

Since opening our first call centre in 2007 we have grown from 16 to 130 seats and created a truly unique environment dedicated to enabling our staff to realise their full potential.

As a company that provides software and services to other businesses across the UK in addition to running our own call centre, we pride ourselves on providing all our team members with the best technology available to maximise their productivity and earnings.

We are currently looking to fill a number of sales advisor roles working within our energy and telecom campaign teams. To fill these positions, we are looking for bright, enthusiastic individuals with outgoing personalities and a positive approach to working with the public. While previous direct marketing or sales experience is advantageous, particularly in relevant industries, it is not essential and all applicants with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and willingness to learn will be considered.

We offer all our employees a £7 per hour basic wage with the opportunity to earn in excess of £24,000 pa by means of our uncapped commission scheme. Full training is provided and excellent promotion opportunities exist for the right candidates.
