Just thought I would write a few lines to let you know how your system has transformed our old dialler.
As you know we had used the old system to digitally dial our customer data base, this was principally used to generate appointments for the sales team to follow up and hopefully procure orders for windows and conservatories. This old system was so much better than the methods we used before we had it, using BT phone books and manually dialling, so it was a bit of a god send at the time.
However, our move to your Dynamic Dialler platform has pretty much transformed our call centre to a very slick operation with the added bonus of now having a full customer database which allows all sorts of reports and stats which are invaluable in the day to day running of our business.
You have, over the last 2 years, tailor-made our system with many tweaks, improvements and major developments to suit our growing needs. We now have a dedicated system which will let us call new prospects from the data we input, generate a lead, appoint the lead, allocate the lead to sales, sell the lead, input the sale information to our data base, track the sale through survey, ordering, receiving in depot, confirming installation date with customer including all costs to complete the project and incorporating a service and maintenance schedule with guarantee end dated etc., it’s a wonderful tool.
You have worked with us through the development of our system and each change or idea we asked for was met with enthusiasm and knowledge of what we needed and wanted and a quick, seamless transition once designed has always been the case.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the professional but personal service you have provided us with over the time we have known you and hope that we have many years of working together to continue to improve the system, although at this stage I am not sure how we can improve it, but I am sure you or hopefully a new customer will come up with ideas which will help us all in the future. I would also like to wish you all the best for the future you deserve it.

eLeads Ltd is an outsource telemarketing company, based in Dundee, that have been working on behalf of financial services companies (mainly mortgage brokers) for the last three years.
Prior to implementing Dynamic Dialer we used a similar dialer from another source. However this dialer did not allow the specific targeting of smaller areas that we now enjoy with Dynamic Dialler. Likewise our data management abilities are now far greater, allowing better data efficiency. More in depth agent performance reports have also enabled us to improve the training and in turn increase output from the majority of our telemarketing agents.
The transition from our old system to Dynamic Dialer was painless; the system integrated seamlessly with our Avaya phone system, and the data migration and system implementation were carried out within a morning before the call centre opened for business preventing any downtime at all.
My agents were initially trained by Call Centre Dynamics on Dynamic Dialler and had no problems mastering lots of new functionality within a short time span.
Since we have had the system we have experienced no major technical faults or any significant downtime.
The CCD team have always been happy to help with any queries or changes requested by us and these are, on most occasions, implemented immediately (a huge change from our last supplier who usually required half a dozen phone calls and a couple of emails to do anything!).
